Create an AI chatbot to implement Q&A without using 3rd party integration

I am looking for a freelancer to create an AI chatbot for my website. The chatbot should be able to handle less than 20 questions and answers initially, with the ability to add more in the future. The primary purpose of the chatbot is to provide Informational/FAQ support to users. The chatbot should be developed for website integration, without using third-party integration.

The machine learning model should be initially trained on Wikipedia and then it should be trained on our internal sites and databases (Servicenow database for FAQ). The model should keep learning itself to be better and the accuracy should be more than 90%. The model should have also ability to ingest and understand financial data and should allow to ingest data to train further.
