Create a bot using certain parameters on Robinhood.

I want to create a bot that automatically trades certain stock tickers using certain parameters on Robinhood. It is automatic buys and sells. I want to buy a specific ticker every time it goes down by $2 and sell every time it goes up $3, the other indicator is when the RSI goes to 30 I want to buy a certain stock and when RSI hits 70 I want to sell that specific position.
