Create a bot in Python for the site blur.io

I use the site blur.io to make loans against NFT's. I have my own set of criteria that I use, and I would like to automate it as much as I can. Currently, I spend hours per day looking through collections to pick only a very small number that I am interested in. I would like to make a bot that monitors the site and notifies me by email and text message when the collections I'm interested in have loans at auction that meet a certain APY, LTV, Rarity, Listing status, etc. I don't think it's too complicated, but it's outside of my area of expertise. I would like this project to be a focus for someone I hire so that I can get it finished sooner.
