Create a Telegram Bot to Save Content from a private Telegram Chanel / Group

I am looking for a skilled developer to create a Telegram bot that will save content from private Telegram channel/group. The content is in the form of images , pdf , videos, and I would like the bot to save this content upon request. There is no specific organization needed for the saved content.

Ideal skills/experience:
- Experience creating Telegram bots
- Knowledge of Python or another programming language used for Telegram bot development
- Familiarity with the Telegram API and how to interact with it
- Ability to handle and save different types of media (images and videos) within the bot.
