Create a TCP/IP between python and labview

I am looking to create a python server and a labview client that is able to send data and express said data on a graph in labview.
I am recording and filtering EMG data using a python module on Computer 1 but need to code a TCP/IP connection through ethernet to Computer 2 which will be running LabView. I need the ability for this data to be expressed in LabView as it will then be used to control a robotic device's current level.
This project involves coding both the Python server and LabView client such that data from python can then be expressed in LabView (preferably in graphical form).
