Create Simple NN, SVM/SVC and help me finding the bug in my Logistic Regression Model in Python (Jupyter Notebook) using Scikit

I am trying to get into Data Stuff using Kaggle, Python, Pandas, Scikit. having a dataset with binary output variables and some features (categories as strings) I was trying to create a logistic regression model. However, there's a bug somewhere in my code. Coming from Java, Python still is a little mystery to me. So I would need help finding my bug.
Furthermore I'd like to create a simple classification NN and SVM using GridSearchCV for the same dataset so that I can compare performance using ROC AUC as criterion. Again, I struggle a little with Python's data sctructure's, so it would be great if someone could set up the code, comment it a little so that I can play around with it.
There's no need to find the perfect hyperparameters, it really is just about the code with which I struggle a little.
