Create Script to read and store emails with IMAP account
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm looking for a qualified programmer to create a script that can read and store emails from an IMAP account. The script must be written in Python. The ideal candidate will have experience working with IMAP and Python.
Requirements:
- The script must be able to connect to an IMAP account and retrieve emails.
- Emails will be stored in physical data files on the server.
- The script must be able to handle different email providers such as Gmail, Yahoo or others.
In addition to server storage, emails can be migrated to a second account, a backup account can be selected for restoration.
The script includes backup and restore.
All control will be via SQL Server.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong proficiency in the Python programming language.
- Experience working with IMAP protocols.
- Knowledge of different email providers and their specific requirements.
- Familiarity with different email storage methods, such as databases or individual files.
