Create a Python software for facial recognition with Insightface

We are looking for a machine learning expert who can create a desktop software {windows} with Python that uses Insightface library for facial recognition. In the software there will be option to calculate confidence score {percentage of similarity} between two photos. Our confidence threshold will be 0.70 {70%}. If the confidence score is between 0.7 to 0.8, you will mark it as low match, if it's between 0.8 to 0.9 then high match and if between 0.9 to 1.0, then highest match.
