Create a Python script to create PDFs from information in an Excel spreadsheet

I need a python script that will format information from an Excel spreadsheet into multipage PDF documents with specific formatting, based on existing PDF templates. The final version should be both the python script and an executable app that I can run on any Windows 10-11 computer. Make sure the output matches the sample output files attached.
