Create a Python code based on discounted cash flow model

Essence: there is a task, the theoretical part is attached to it. The task consists of three points - modeling the situation using the Discounted Cash Flow Model. It is necessary to create a python code for each of the three conditions, write down line by line what each line does and explain to the customer.
