Create POS billing application for restaurant. Cloud server, backend Python/Laravel, front end React.js

One who has experience in developing billing software, please bid. We will provide all the software architecture, Algorithm and ideas. There should be a front-end application in React. The server should be cloud. Backend should be in Laravel or Python. While billing, the data should sync to cloud based server. If internet is not present in the front end, the data should temporarily store in local database. When it is online, the data should be pushed to the cloud server.
