Create Odoo app: bank account localisation for Australian bank accounts & batch payments

I need a new Odoo app that can add the Australian Bank account format (like the enterprise version, "l10n_au_aba" called 'ABA Credit Transfer') to the bank details in Vendors.
Additionally, it should be able to allow exporting of an ABA file (Australian Banking Association) for payment of Vendor invoices. It is partially described here: https://www.cybrosys.com/blog/odoo-15-fiscal-localization-australia.
It needs to add the BSB field (Bank State and Branch number, a six digit code that is needed along with the Account Number in Australian banking.)
