Create Google Meeting API

I am looking for someone to help me create a Google Meeting API for use in an existing business. the issue there is i dont know if there is a way via api can create a google meet without a gmail account?The API must be written in Python and must have response times of under 500ms. The successful freelancer will be someone who has strong experience in Python, as well as working with APIs in general. They should be knowledgeable about response times so that I can be sure that my API has the desired performance.
