Create Easy to Use ERC721 Snapshot Script

We are looking for a developer with experience in NFTs, Smart Contracts and ETH/SOL Blockchain that can create an EASY TO USE ERC721 Script that can generate Snapshots of project current wallets, holders and what they hold.
The script can be done with Python, or ANY OTHER IS ALSO OK. Just tell me how it works and lets see what we can do.
If you also have experience running Python Scripts on a website and adapting a small Laravel/PHP Admin Template to run it, then that would also be fantastic.
YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE TO DO THIS. We are not looking for you to learn and then do it, we need it asap.
