Create An EPC Plug in to pull infomation from EPC Register

I am looking for a skilled freelancer to create an EPC plug-in that can pull specific information from the EPC Register. The plug-in should be able to retrieve Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) ratings from the register.
Requirements:
