Create a Crypto Token

Hello everyone,
I am looking for a crypto/blockchain developer in order to help me create a crypto token within the ethereum or binance smart chain. The developer should be capable of designing the functionality of the token economics, as it is intended to create/destroy currency based on twitter activity.
As a bonus, if the developer can also create a Chrome add-on for the token use and transaction it would be a great advantage.
We can arranje multiple sources of payment, for example, part of the first creation of tokens (% of the venture)
All development must be done with a confidentiality agreement.
