Create App in Frappe

I'm looking for someone to help me create a custom App in the Frappe framework. The app will need to be written using Python and have architected and designed for developers. As part of this project, I'll also need help with creating the back-end database and connecting the app to it. Preference will be given to developers who can demonstrate their experience with Frappe, Python, and databases.
