Create Anomaly Detection Dashboard with Python

Need Python Machine Learning Expert to learns the data distribution during normal every-day execution and signals when that output is anomalous with respect to the past.
Most importantly can great good GUI and amazing graphs
1) Create a simple outlier calculation to detect an anomaly in a data with Gauss distribution. or KNN or others for behavior prediction with train model sample input
2) Create a GUI Anomaly Real-Time Analysis Detection (Time Series)
3) Create a GUI "Self-Learner" and "Do It Yourself (DIY)" Train Model and Indicator (we can custom train the model with new dataset by clicking the button in GUI and label it by trained model.)
4) Create a GUI API connection with LAN packet analyzer (Inititally we use 3rd party Snort API but User also can easily change device as long as the device have a API protocol) are your proposal fit this 4 basic requirement?
