Creat a Api Graph API and public in RapidApi

I need to create an api, and host it on my own server. This api needs to be for using the Instagram Graph API. I need to make all the endpoints, have all the parameters, everything necessary to later be able to publish in RapidApi. I'll send a link of a similar api. See the endpoints it offers:
