Cpanel - configure django with apache httpd.conf

created django project, cpanel document has given steps to build httpd.conf file using scripts but could not configure. need guidance to configure django/wsgi with apache using cpanel scripts or directly.
since httpd.conf file is locked by cpanel, unable to modify file directly for modifications. unless httpd.conf file updated, django settings could not be completed.
