predict cost for Q4 23 , Q1 24 , Q2 24 , Q3 24 , Q4 24 based on trend
Note every quarter - there should be an increase in cost
I will also need a confusion metrics on the prediction along with the RMSE details.
This is sample data - this needs to be extended to the larger dataset and need the code which needs to be flexible and not hardcoded .
