Correlation / Regression ( lasso) between 3 variables in python - need it by Saturday EOD IST

This is sample dataset - we need to expand to larger data set . ( the code needs to take into consideration.)

Need to know correlation between - Columns - RATE1, RATE2,RATE3 .

RATE1 with RATE3
RATE2 with RATE3
RATE1 ,RATE2 with RATE3
sum of ( RATE1+RATE2) with RATE3

need to know the co officiant value (r) for these combination along with a scatter plot
