Coqui AI dataset preparation for training

I'm in need of someone making my small dataset that's composed of speech recordings in French and their corresponding transcripts to be trained by my computer. This dataset will be used to train a speech recognition system.
Requirements:
- Dataset is 40 minutes long.
- Transcripts must be accurately matched with the corresponding audio files.
Ideal Skills:
- Experience working with audio data and creating datasets.
