Copy trading bot for crypto

I need a copy trading bot for crypto:
I have a bot on 3commas that is connected to my FTX account and another one connected to my Binance account.
The 3commas bot is giving orders automatically to my accounts on both exchanges.
I want a solution where people can give me their account's APIs and I connect their accounts to mine, in a way when 3commas gives my account an order, they will receive the same order on their account also through my copy trading bot.
I want to have two options when copying:
1- To copy the exact value of the orders in USD. For example if my base order size is 10 USD, then their base order size is also 10 USD. If my safety order size is 20 USD, they have the same 20 USD as a safety order size regardless of how much budget they have.
2- To copy the percentage of total value allocated for the order. For example, to issue a buy order of Bitcoin with 5% of total budget in the account at the price of $50,100. Hence, size of order in USD may vary depending on how much budget the account holder has.
I also want to be able to remove trade copiers that were already connected to my bot when I choose to.
