Overview : Copy trades from one account to another account in Zerodha.
Functionality –
1) Login: Take credentials from excel like username, password ,API key , secret code, totp key and totp from authenticator for all accounts (master and child both) (basically after generating token) - all these on a single click on starting python file.
2) Order Punch: Copy all orders including NRML (SL-M , SL – limit) and MIS (SL-M , SL – limit) [Regular and Iceberg) GTT, and trades (only completed- not rejected) from the main account to child accounts
3) Order Modification: If we cancel/modify any order on price and quantity, the cancellation/modify should also be cancelled/modified in all accounts
4) Primary account selection : Should have functionality of changing the primary account in excel , we can have predefined criteria for picking up the primary. Like we put primary in certain cell/line etc.
5) Multiplier : Quantity multiplier should be there basis on primary account and can be in integers/fractions like 1.70 , 5.80, 9.8 etc
Quantity multiplier can be in fractions and ability to punch order to nearest quantity multiplier but if fractions should be rounding to less quantity , basically let us suppose if order of NIFTY is 500 and I have given multiplier 1.75 . The trade cant happen for 875 quantity , so it should pick 850 quantity .
6) Copy Trading – (Yes/No) : Flexibility to decide no/yes to take copy trades for child accounts
7) Quantity Freeze Limits : Ability to change the maximum quantity to trade in NIFTY/bank NIFTY/FinNifty basis on change as per exchange freeze limits
Order Slicing in Child account : Ability to slicing the quantity in child accounts basis on maximum quantity traded i.e. 1800 in NIFTY basis on point 8 . Example : If in primary account the quantity is 1000 , while for the child it is 2.5 . The trade should punch two orders in secondary account one 1800 and another 700 for all sorts or orders/trades.
8) One Click for login all For seeing the order status , have a login button to login all accounts on click picking up from the excel.
9) Password and login details should be on another page of excel
10) The coping should have very fractional time , else no point because the slippage would be high.
11) Available Fund in each account should be shown and updated in Excel
