Convolutional Neural Network in Python (CNN) using tensorflow for parameter prediction using image data

I am looking for a Python developer with experience in Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) using tensorflow. The purpose of this project is to predict parameter values using image data.
- The parameter prediction will involve complex tasks such as image augmentation to generate more data
- I have labeled training data available for the project.
- The ideal candidate should have prior experience in working with CNNs and tensorflow.
- They should also be comfortable with handling complex parameter prediction tasks.
There are a 40 data points with 200 images per data point of size (200x200) and a parameter with the value that need to be augmented and used for a CNN. More details if you message me
