Convert scrapy into exe

I have a project where I use scrapy + selenium to extract the data from a website.. everything is working perfectly fine UI is also ready, I just need help to convert it into exe file for windows, I tried pyinstaller but exe is not working.. maybe I'm missing something... If you can it in my PC that would be + point.
