Convert a python code to API

I need this to be wrapped around an API so I can call I with http post.
although any farmwork is acceptable but I suggest Flask or Django.
on top of that, below are required.
- DockerFile So we can build using Github action for container deployment.
-Hardcoded API key that reads from Environment variable, the key should be passed to header when we call the API
-any dependency library should get downloaded part of code or during Docker build process so API doesn't need to download on runtime.
