Convert .npy file to mlmodel file

This is a simple task for someone who has worked with python and some machine learning codes.
I am looking for someone to convert a .npy file to an mlmodel file using neural networks. There are lot of ml project in github. I will give you few github links, where there are pretrained model files included (for example as .npy file).
You will have to convert it to as mlmodel file. Our final goal is to use it in iOS app project, so it should work there perfectly.
