Convert a machine learning code from .py to ipynb

I need a machine learning expert to convert this code from .py to ipynb.

Notes:
1.) I don't want to store csv files in folders but as dataframes
2.) The code currently require inputs (folders and teams); i want to read directly from a dataframe
3.) You will add a dataframe of upcoming matches via a link i will provide, and make predictions
