Convert a large OPL to CPP+CPLEX and add an UI(Java/.net etc)

I have a project that I have worked using OPL, where thereis a lot of data preparation involved and is done partly in excel VBA, some small part in python and results in VBA again. The OPL is a large one which also includes a lot of pre-processing code within itself. The OPL code is about 900 lines, and there are 2 VBA and one python code. The VBA in excel and python prepares the data for input to CPLEX OPL. OPL reads the excel and outputs to excel csv, which is again analysed using VBA. I need all these to be streamlined into one place. There will be an UI which will read the data in the form of csv, and call the cplex run. Cplex will be created using C++, and the output from CPLEX will again be brought back to the UI - some analyses done and results displayed in the UI.
