Decompress and look at the files

I need instructions to allow running on Redhat Enteprise Linux 8.6
I prefer using standard yum commands
I prefer using EPEL repo and remi repo
However if not possible, custom binary installation of python is also possible

I need instructions I can type in a fresh Redhat Enteprise Linux 8.6 and get the above scripts to run
(looking at #2 will be helpful)

You will find docker install script in ./vcd-client-docker/install.sh
-> As this requires docker, convert the instructions so it works with Redhat Enterprise Linux 8.6 podman

I need instructions I can type in a fresh Redhat Enteprise Linux 8.6 and get the install.sh script to run
