Convert generated google Bard code to an application

I am looking for someone to convert a generated Google Bard code to an application. This application should be web-based and user friendly, designed to be used by both businesses and end-users. Authentication is not required for this project. The ideal candidate would be experienced in building simple and functional web-based applications. The completed application should be accessed from any device with an up-to-date browser. If you have the experience and skills needed to bring this project to fruition, I'd love to hear from you.

I have the code created by Google Bard - I just need to validate it works - we have an AWS instance set up.

If this works, then there is a second project to create the full application.
