Convert data into readable format and store it in new MySQL table

I have a MySQL table that contains data encrypted in hex format (+ other layers) and uploaded with React.js & Django from log files. I wish to decrypt and store it in a new table so that I can retrieve and display it in Charts later.. The website is a monitoring dashboard.
