Convert my .py code to android app

I have a .py project that does age,gender and emotion detection. I want to convert it to an android app to be used from smartphones and tablets. I would also like it to have an application icon of my choice and a welcome screen. After this, application loads and all it needs is a "close app" control.
It uses heavy dependencies like tensorflow and OpenCV. Also, there is time pressure (needs to be done within a week).
