Convert Tradingview code to python code

I need part of the VuManChu pine script converted to Python. The output would be in a pandas dataframe with Datetime, VuManChu columns. Once the buy signal is activate, the column says "Buy' and stays that way until it sees the sell signal then the value in the column changes to 'Sell' and vise versa. Do not need graphics or any other part, just the buy/sell indicator.

I do not need a trading bot.
