Convert a Python script into a executable file for Windows and Mac

Hello,

I am looking for someone who can convert a Python script into an executable file for Windows and Mac.
This is a simple python script

**This feature needs to be added to the script**

When the executable file is run
- The script should start and run in the background
- The script should run also if the system is restarted (Once started should run forever in the background)
