Convert HTML Table to CSV

I'm in need of a developer that could help me convert HTML tables to CSV format. The solution required needs to be browser or MAC based and single-table focused.

Essentially I want to display a webpage with the table of information I want. I want to save that page as an HTML file and a folder of images and then run it through a program to take the info in the table and produce a CSV file which can be imported into a spreadsheet app. I have done some of the analysis on the html to be able to isolate the table sections but my coding skills are a little rusty! I am entirely MAC base so I need a solution that runs as a native app or script on my MAC or in a browser. Anything that will work really.
