Convert/Extract TEXT files data to MS Excel 2016 format, for review, evaluation and analysis

Essentially I seek a solution (in order of preference, Excel Macro, PowerShell or Python), that can be used to go through TEXT file(s) and extract data, placing it into an MS Excel 2016 (.xlsx, or .xls compatible) workbook/worksheet format for easier, faster review, evaluation and analysis.
TEXT files are of College Level Courses...the Subjects, Titles, Lessons, Chapters, Time, etc. data...
