Convert Application from VB 6 into Python ....

We have an application which was done several years back - on VB6.
This application is basically to facilitate Management of Orders / Work Contracts (Jobs) & related Supply Chain Management for an Engineering / Machining Company.
Would you be able to convert this application into Python - with some improvements ?
Alternatively, this has to be redone completely on Python (or any current technologies).
