Contributor data for two Github organisations

For all the repositories of these two organisations on Github:
https://github.com/vaticle
https://github.com/typedb-osi

I need to know per individual repository and in total across the two organisations:
- From March 2015 until today, month over month, the number of Github users who created a Github issue
- From March 2015 until today, month over month, the number of Github users who created a Pull Request
- From March 2015 until today, month over month, the number of Github users who created a Pull Request AND a Github Issue
- From March 2015 until today, month over month, the number of Github users who created a PR but filter out these users:
