Construct Data Set

Hi,

I am looking for somebody proficient in SAS or SPSS and Python to assemble a medium sized dataset.

I will provide SAS license if necessary but person with a local SAS setup on the computer is strictly preferred.

All data are open access and I will provide detailed instructions.
