Connect react template to python django backend all code and logic present

I have a React template and Django backend, both of which are fully developed. I have a detailed list of functionalities and features I would like implemented, and am looking for a developer to connect them both together. I'm expecting this project to take approximately 20 hours. The work will involve writing code, modifying existing code and/or API calls to tie the two together. I'm looking for a developer with strong skills in React and Django who can get the job done quickly and efficiently. All code and logic should be present.
