Configure Twilio / Other whatsapp web API to send 5000+ SMS per day for 10 days

I'm in need of help on writing python / node JS / any script that will publish whatsapp messages to the clients.
Only requirement: Excel sheet will have two columns (one with number and one with message). The script should use the excel as base.
Two columns.
Column A = Mobile number
Column B = Telugu paragraph message.
From our mobile number (if possible), we need to send 10k/5k messages per day.
a. Show us a screenshot of any work that was done in your past if possible.
b. Show us a sample screenshot of message if you have tested one sample based SMS sending in Telugu language (1300 character in total)
If you have read the content, kindly respond "Excel based Application" in the proposal.
