Configure Ansible Playbook

We have a project we need to finish up that requires interfacing with a configuration file and 3 APIs. The playbook will run via Ansible Tower and interface with 3 key services. The configuration file is used to load site specific variables and the 3 APIs complete the automated deployment. There are existing playbooks for each API and we need your help assembling them with the configuration file lookup.
Deliverables
1. Validate configuration file format and syntax
2. Develop logic to parse the configuration file and load variables
3. Interface with API #1 to request an array of objects
4. Evaluate objects from API #1 and select the first match based on evaluation criteria
5. Interface with API #2 to create an object using the trigger payload, configuration file variables and object from API #1
6. Interface with API #3 to create a new object
7. Generate a report of captured variables and API response codes
