Config APACHE , subdomain

My LAMP stack web www.example.com is proxy via Cloudfare, so there's two ip addr 1. real-web-ip 2. CF-ip

Now I run simple python mini project, which is now accessable via "real-web-ip:8501"

All I want is to change that python mini project to be accessable from "subdomain.example.com"
