Computer Vision - Preparing Mammogram Dataset
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Dear All ,
I am looking for expert in the filed of Computer vision\Deep Learning , Speically in medical Computer Vision.
I need to prepare the Dataset named "CBIS-DDSM", It is mamogram images.
1. Preprocessing step is needed to improve the quality of the image
2. Origonal mammogram image, and the mammogram with only ROI (according tho the mask provided) are both needed.
3. Any other task related to cleaning/preparing the dataset is needed.
4. My budget for this task is between 100-200 $
5. Matlab code is preferred. (if you prefer to work on python, I have no issue, but please I need also to install everything related to python in my PC as I don't have any pervious knowledge about python).
6. Sessions/Meetings is needed to discuss and explain the code.
Kindly note that This task will be the start point of my big project. After complete this task, we will discuss the next tasks in separate project.
