AI & Computer Vision Model for Analyzing Cafe Operations (CCTV Footage)

I am looking for an AI/Computer Vision developer to implement a model for analyzing CCTV footage to optimize cafe operations.
Project Scope:
I have already gathered the data, labeled the frames, and prepared the dataset. Now, i need an expert to develop and implement the AI model to analyze key operational metrics, including:
Employee Performance: Task efficiency tracking.
Customer Wait Times: Identifying bottlenecks and service delays.
Heatmaps: Determining peak areas within the cafe.
Equipment Usage: Monitoring frequency and efficiency of equipment utilization.
Requirements:
Expertise in AI/Deep Learning and Computer Vision.
Experience with object detection and action recognition in CCTV footage.
Familiarity with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenCV.
Ability to optimize models for real-time or near real-time analysis.
Deliverables:
A fully implemented AI model that processes and analyzes the CCTV footage.
Performance metrics and visualizations (e.g., heatmaps, efficiency reports).
