Assistance is required for project based on matlab using semantic segmantation ( customized YOLO network) to extract the license plate from an vehicle image. Performance parameters for project are accuracy and processing time.
I have a Dataset with around 3000 traffic cam images. Images are labeled(segmentation, image processing) in MATLAB detecting number plate as foreground and everything else as background.
I need a developer who can deploy my customizable YOLO network onto the cloud in order to be trained and tested. I need to perform accuracy(precision) and time analysis on the test dataset.
