Computer Vision : Detect cards in real time from Live video

I am looking for a computer vision expert who can develop a program to detect playing cards in real time from live video using Python. The ideal candidate should have experience in computer vision and machine learning. The project requires high accuracy in detection (above 95%). The program should be able to quickly recognize playing cards regardless of their orientation or position in the video. The solution should work in real-time and be able to detect multiple cards simultaneously.
